Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Information
Deadline: March 1, 2017
If your organization DOES NOT intend to use the services of the Official Show Contractor, Freeman Exhibitor Services, for the installation and/or dismantling of your booth display, you must complete the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Notification form and return it to exposition management by March 1, 2017 and notify your non-official contractor that a General Liability Certificate of Insurance is required by March 1, 2017.
