Company Listing

The Online Planner is now live. Attendees will be reviewing this information to plan their Show participation, so be sure to submit your company description and indicate which product/service categories your company should be listed under.

To submit your 250-character company description (approximately 50 words) and select the product/service categories that best fit your company, please follow the instructions below. 

  1. Click here or copy and paste this link into your browser window: http://iebms.heiexpo.com/iebms/oep/oep_p1_exhibitors.aspx?oc=64&ct=OEP&eventid=5005
  2. Select the “Profile Editor” link from under “Exhibitor Services”.
  3. All participating exhibitors are registered with an email address of the main contact listed on their space application. Please enter the contact’s email address and password and then click on “Sign In To Account.” If you enter any email address other than the one on file, you will not be able to access to the Profile Editor. If you do not have a password, please go to Step 4.
  4. Enter the contact’s email address and then click on “Send password to my e-mail” This will email the password to that address. Passwords will come from helpiebms@heiexpo.com; please be sure your email will accept messages from helpiebms@heiexpo.com.
  5. After receiving the password via email, please return to the “Sign In” screen and logon as instructed in step 3.
  6. Once you are successfully signed in, your company name will appear on the next screen. Click on your company name. You can now enter/edit your company description (250 character limit, including spaces) and select the product/service categories that best fit your company. Be sure to hit the “Save Profile” button at the bottom of the screen in order to save your edits.
  7. The email address on file will receive an email confirmation of the profile change. Confirmations will come from helpiebms@heiexpo.com; please be sure your email will accept messages from helpiebms@heiexpo.com. IMPORTANT: If you do not receive the email confirmation, your changes were not accepted.
